Our program offers a meticulously crafted curriculum, providing a deep and holistic understanding of yoga. Our experienced faculty is passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise in anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodologies, and practicum. With our small class sizes, you can enjoy personalized attention and guidance, allowing for a meaningful learning experience. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected.

Over the course of training, we go deep into the study of Asana ~ Pranayama ~ Meditation ~ Philosophy ~ Chanting & Mantra ~ Self Study

Each day of the training follows a rhythm designed to balance practice, study and teaching.
There are group discussion, and practice teaching (for level 2) to integrate the day’s learning.

What to expect:

Living Yoga is Level 1, offering a deep exploration of asana, meditation, pranayama, and yoga philosophy.

Giving Yoga is Level 2 and will also take place during the summer in beautiful Deep Cove. These immersive sessions run daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and include a dynamic blend of practice, lectures, discussions, nature walks, and workshops. There will also be dedicated time for self-reflection and study.

Both programs are held in Deep Cove and provide full-day immersive experiences. While Living Yoga focuses on self-discovery and personal practice, Giving Yoga shifts toward sharing yoga with the world and exploring how to offer it meaningfully.
