Deep Dive into Practice — 4-Hour Workshop with Peter Elmas
Join Peter Elmas for an immersive four-hour journey into the heart of yoga. This extended practice weaves together Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation as pathways to deeper connection and awareness.
We’ll begin by grounding in Asana, refining alignment and cultivating strength with fluid, intentional movement. From there, we’ll explore Pranayama, using the breath as a bridge between body and mind. The practice will close with Meditation, inviting stillness, clarity, and inner spaciousness.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, ask questions, and go beyond the surface of your practice. Whether you’re seeking to build a stronger foundation, reignite your inspiration, or simply gift yourself time to be fully present, this experience will support you in reconnecting with yoga’s deeper layers.

Opening Meditation & Breathwork – Grounding into the present moment and setting an intention for release.
Slow Flow & Hip-Focused Asana – Moving through a sequence designed to increase mobility and free up tension in the hips.
